Processing Reward

The Client Requests Microservice allows finance to process rewards/bonuses for employees. It is through the portal that they inform the client of their billings and if the request has been released already.


FINANCE would be the only user to have access to this module.


To process a reward request, follow the instructions below:
  1. Go to Client Request > Rewards for Processing
  2. Click on the Submitted tab
  3. Open a record in the table
  4. Fill out the reward request form with the indicative total billing for the next cycle and attach the indicative billing. You can upload png jpg or pdf files of up to 2MB per file.
    1. Total indicative billing for next cycle = reward amount + any recurring fees
  5. Click on "Save"
  6. Review the details of your request then Save.
  7. An email notification will be sent to the client so that they can view the indicative billing. They can also see this movement in the portal
  8. After the client has paid, finance would just need to click on Paid on the reward request record
  9. After the amount has been released, finance would just need to click on Released on the reward request record


HUMAN RESOURCES and ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT will only receive email notifications regarding the progress of the request
