Only users with admin access can add customers to the system by following the instructions below:
- Navigate to the People > Customer screen
- Click the Add Customer icon
- Enter the email address of your new customer
- Click on “Send Invite”
- A verification pop-up shows up. Click on “Send Invite”
Email invitation links expire after 24 hours and need to be resent via Admin access. Kindly reach out to the Product Team if you need to reinvite a user.
