Due to the safety and security measures in place, the invitation token for users to join the system expires after 24 hours. If a user's invitation token has expired and they still need to join the system, users with admin access can follow these steps to reinvite them:
- Log in to the system using your administrator account credentials. Only administrators have the necessary permissions to reinvite users.
- Once logged in, navigate to Settings > Reinvite Users
- Identify the user/s who need to be reinvited. If you only need to resend the invite to one user, you can click on the reinvite button next to their name to initiate the reinvitation process.
- If you want to resend the invite to multiple users you can tick the checkbox on the left side of the users and click reinvite button on the bottom section to initiate the reinvitation process.
- A new invitation email will be generated and sent to the user/s registered email address. The email should contain instructions on how to join the system along with a new invitation token.
- Advise the user to check their email, including the spam or junk folder, if they do not see the invitation email in their inbox.
- The new invitation token will also have an expiration time to ensure the safety and security of the system.
It's important to communicate to your users the expiration time for the new invitation token and encourage them to complete the account setup process promptly to avoid any further complications.
