Overtime Statuses

There are five overtime statuses:

• The overtime application details are saved in the system but are not yet submitted to the supervisor for approval

• The overtime application is pending approval by the supervisor
• Can be cancelled by the requester
• Can be approved/rejected by the supervisor

• The overtime application has been granted by the supervisor 
• The requester and the supervisor can still cancel approved overtime as long as it is at a future date

• The overtime application has been denied by the supervisor 

• The overtime application is cancelled and will not push through anymore
